University Services includes University Business Services and University Facilities, two major support areas that provide essential services to UB students, faculty, and staff.

University Business Services is responsible for Financial, Human Resource, Print, Procurement, Sponsored Programs, and Technology Services; Campus Mail; and Trademarks and Licensing. Business Services offers value-added information and services through innovation, efficiency, and technology delivered by knowledgeable, customer-oriented staff.

University Facilities is responsible for the planning, construction and renovation of University facilities; the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the buildings, grounds and utility systems; and the provision of environmental health, safety and radiation protection services. Facilities is a service organization striving to provide superior facilities and quality service to meet customer needs.
