Submission Information

In order for your submission to be reviewed, you must submit it by the submission deadline. Please use the revised proposal forms listed below.

Please note that departments must submit new course applications, new program applications, and revisions to degree programs to the UB Curriculum Committee and not directly to either SUNY Administration or the State Education Department.

Which Form Should I Use?

• New Degree Proposal (For New Degree Proposals, the Undergraduate Curriculum Committee uses the forms provided in the SUNY Program Review Process. Upon following this link, please review the 2003 Guidelines for the Submission of Undergraduate Academic Program Proposals prior to filling out the 2003 Undergraduate Program Proposal Form (which is listed as Appendix B).
