The Discrtionary Salary Increase for 2004 was 1% for all eligible UUP faculty and staff. This money was awarded effective July 1, 2004 and included with the negotiated 2.5% contractual increase also awarded.

The total base salary increase effective July 1, 2004 was 3.5%.
