Service Excellence Celebration 2000
Project Description: The Wired Tech Tools CD delivers
vital e-mail and Internet access software and installation guidance
to UB’s incoming freshmen in an organized, accelerated,
and easy-to-use manner. It also features file viewers and readers,
audio and video players, and virus-check utilities, and it draws
attention to popular UB webpages. By helping to substantiate
UB’s technological leadership, the CD proved to be a major
asset in recruiting freshmen who rank “wired-ness”
among their top criteria in choosing which college or university
to attend.
