Service Excellence Celebration 2000
Project Description: The UB–Roswell Park Cancer
Institute Document Delivery Project has reduced duplication in
the journal collections
of Roswell Park Cancer Institute’s Mirand Library and UB’s
Health Sciences Library. Net savings are being used to offset
inflationary increases in journal costs, purchase additional
print and electronic materials, and strengthen other library
services. Enhanced document delivery services ensure that faculty,
staff, and students have quick, convenient access to the library
collections at both locations.
