Help Request for Computer-Related Services
Project Description: The Online Help Request for
Computer-Related Services project provides a simple, user-friendly
means for computer clients to report computer-related problems
and request
assistance from University Facilities Information and
Technology Services (I&TS). The system acknowledges,
prioritizes, and tracks requests; assigns tasks electronically;
and notifies clients when the requested service has been completed.
By enhancing customer service through system features, this
project has improved communication between I&TS and its customers,
and it has enabled fulfillment of
service requests in a fair and efficient manner.
