Service Excellence Celebration 2000
Project Description: The New UUP Timesheets and
Procedures for ASCIT project resulted in the creation of a new
database, timesheets, and procedures for filling out and processing
time and attendance records for UUP staff in Academic
Services, Computing and Information Technology (ASCIT). The
system has benefited ASCIT staff, as well as time and
attendance monitors, in that the database stores staff information,
computes vacation and sick leave earning rates,
calculates monthly totals, and prints semiannual reports.
