Project Description: The BISON Web Catalog Interface
integrates the UB Libraries catalog with the rest of the Libraries’
computerized public
environment, BISON (Buffalo Information System Online). Customers
now have a more powerful, intuitive, integrated, modern search
environment to reach not only the Libraries’ substantial
collections, but also the vast resources available through the
Internet. Simple to use, attractive, and functional, the interface
has given the catalog a new graphical look and feel that is appreciated
by users and admired by other universities, some of which have
adopted it for their own situations.
