Project Description: The Athletics Electronic Travel
Packet Project consisted
of creating disks containing all of the necessary forms
for travel so that all coaches and budget managers could complete
travel reimbursement paperwork electronically
by themselves. Now being used by more than half of the
departments in the Division of Athletics, the travel packet has
substantially streamlined the travel reimbursement
process and has reduced the turn-around time for
reimbursement by as much as a week.
