Service Excellence Celebration 2000 Project Title: Abbott Hall Unification Project Description: Staff members in Art and Photographic Services (APS) and the Health Sciences Library undertook this project in order to create a new entrance to APS that is accessible from inside the library. The new entrance, opened in March 1999, has resulted in improved access to APS for all of its customers, a number of new service initiatives, and improvement in the quality of working conditions for all staff in Abbott Hall.
