September 5, 2004	Ancestral Heritage Tour at Forest Lawn Cemetery and Lecture given by Barbara Seals Nevergold, Ph.D. and Peggy Brooks-Bertram, Dr. P.H., Ph.D. Lecture at 1:30pm, $5 donation. Tour at 3:00pm, $7 donation. Reservations: 885-1606 ext. 302.

June 4, 2004	26^th Annual Leader Luncheon sponsored by the YWCA of Western New York. Uncrowned Queens Co-founder Barbara Seals Nevergold was a 2004 Leader Luncheon Nominee.
May 12, 2004	Waterfront School Presentation Barbara Seals Nevergold will talk to 5th and 6th grade students at Waterfront School. The event is part of the school's annual Author Day.
April 16, 2004	Uncrowned Queens: From Project to Institute Barbara Seals Nevergold and Peggy Brooks Bertram will co-present at the University of Rochester's Frederick Douglass Institute for African and African American Studies. The presentation is geared for the Institute's faculty, staff, and students.
March 24, 2004	Gifted Math Program Barbara Seals Nevergold and Peggy Brooks-Bertram made a presentation about Uncrowned Queens to 7^th & 8^th grade students in UB's Gifted Math Program.
