
BIOGRAPHY: June Williams Hoeflich

June W. Hoeflich is a senior vice president and commercial executive of HSBC Business Credit (USA) Inc., the Commercial Finance Division of HSBC Bank USA, where she manages the asset based lending, marketing, credit, and portfolio management activities of the Midwest/Upstate New York region. Previously, she was the vice president and manager of the bank's Commercial Loan Underwriting Department, a bank-wide credit unit for financial analysis, loan underwriting, and preparation of credit approval documents.
Ms. Hoeflich began her banking career approximately twenty-five years ago at HSBC Bank USA (formerly Marine Midland Bank) as a clerical instructor. From there she went into branch banking at Manufacturers Hanover. She later entered the Loan Officer's Development Program at Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company. After eight years as a commercial lending officer, she returned to HSBC Bank as a credit training instructor. She later took a two-year assignment in Syracuse, New York, as a district commercial manager for a group of middle market lending officers and then returned to Buffalo to manage HSBC Bank's Financial Business Training Department.
Ms. Hoeflich obtained a Master's degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from Canisius College, after obtaining a Bachelor's in business from the University at Buffalo and an Associate's degree in business from Erie Community College.
She is very active in community, professional, and charitable organizations. Ms. Hoeflich is on the International Board of Directors of the Credit Risk Management Association. She also has the following affiliations: international chairperson for RMA's Professional Development Council; board of advisors for the Buffalo Federation of Neighborhood Centers, Inc.; member of the University at Buffalo's Business Alliance; board member of the Erie Community College Foundation; chairperson of St. Gregory the Great's Strategic Planning Committee; treasurer of Grace Manor Health Care Facility board; and a founding member of the Buffalo Chapter, National Association of Urban Bankers. She also is an active participant in various philanthropic and cultural organizations.
