The UCB Affiliate Member Responsibilities:

• Establish a designated space for a UCB computer/scanner/digital camera; have open or designated hours accessible to the public
• Subscribe, annually, to UCB for webpage services.
• Vet all biographies prior to submission for placement on UQ/UK websites
• Collaborate in the development of a local student practicum program
• Maintain signage that identifies site as a UCB Affiliate
• Work with UQ co-founders in consultative role
• Provide periodic progress reports to UCB
• Link to UQ webpage from its organizational webpage
• Promote UCB in their community
• Maintain a relationship with a local historical society/association (if not a historical society/association)
