Meeting Minutes  November 9, 2004Meeting Start Time: 7:05pm 7:06 Attendance was passed around.7:08 DVD Raffle- We are selling DVD Raffle tickets. If anyone is interested, please sign-up or talk to Shaun.- $1/chance7:10 Tabling- We have reserved 8 tables in the SU lobby for the rest of this semester.- If anyone is interested doing tabling, please contact the e-board.7:11 Thanksgiving Potluck- It will be held on Saturday November 20, 2004 at 5:20pm in flint community lounge.- Sign-up sheet is available on the wall next to the message board.7:15 Room- The office has been really disheveled lately. Please help and keep this office clean.- Thank you to all who submitted office lay out plans.- Next meeting we will be voting all the office plans.- In order to be eligible to vote, you must have attended 2 out of the last 5 meetings.- If you have any questions, please contact the e-board.7:20 Toys for Tots- Our SISH coordinator is having a kid’s toy drive.- If we participate we can receive community service points.- Deadline is December 1st.- Must be new or unused old toy7:23 Cobalt Club Party- Doors open at 10pm. $2 drink special.- Jewel Nikita will be performing this week.7:27 Hearts for the Holidays- These holiday cards are going to all the hospitals.- There will be a table designated for card creating. Non-denominational cards please.- If we can create 20 cards, the club will receive one community service point.- Any questions please contact the e-board. Deadline is December 10th7:31 Can and Bottle Drive- We are going to start a can and bottle drive. There will be bins put in the office once the office is rearranged.- We are going to collect the deposit from the cans and bottles as a donation.- Please make sure they are empty, and no alcohol containers.7:34 Open Floor- Ideas were brought up for e-board to collect donations for people who can’t get toys for the toys for tots drive.
