Meeting MinutesFebruary 5, 2004 Meeting Start Time: 7:05pm 7:05Attendance and Minutes were passed around 7:06SISH Expo - We won tabling for “what we are proud of” and we have the opportunity for defending our title in tomorrow’s competition. - Thank you Ray for dressing in Drag. - We received participation points and received $50 for today. 7:07Flyers - Please check out the flyers that are posted on the wall by the message board - If you have any flyers, give it to one of the e-board members and they’ll be happy to post them up for you. 7:08 There will be an International Film Festival going on in February and March. It is going to be presented by Women and Gender. 7:09Snow Tubing - Sign-up sheet is posted on the wall by the message board. - Money is due by Friday 13th. The club decided to pay $3/member, so each member would only have to pay $10. - Sorry, we couldn’t get the SA vans, so we need drivers. Please identify yourself on the sign-up sheet. 7:11GRASP - February 9th will be in Lehman red Lounge in Governor’s - 26th will be during our general meeting time, therefore the meeting is cancelled. - 27th will be in Tara’s class WS 213 at noon. Sorry there won’t be any room for people to come and participate. - Panelists for all 3 dates are needed, so please sign up. 7:13Marriage for a Day - It’s $2 for marriage, $2 for divorce, $1 for a photo. But you can get everything for a package deal of $4. - We co-sponsor it with Psychology and Pagan SA. - We need people to help set up for the event on the 16th, and be there to assist during the whole day. So please sign up for it. 7:16COSG - Monday 9th is the first meeting. Shaun will be hosting the program. - If you know anyone who needs help, please direct him or her to COSG. 7:17Library - Our founding father was really nice and donated $1000 into our developing fund. - If you have any suggestions on movies, books, and other interesting stuff to expand our library please e-mail the e-board and let them know. 7:20Minutes were approved.
