The contract is the legally binding document negotiated by the state of New York and GSEU/CWA1104. It defines the rights and responsibilities of management, TAs, GAs, and union officials.

Below is a link to the current contract between the GSEU and the state. A new contract is currently being negotiated. In the mean time, the 2003-2007 contract is in effect.
