- Tim Sentman, acting president, calls meeting to order: 1 pm
- Introduction of E-Board Members to new students:

Daisy Henderson-Senator-absent from meeting

New Business:
- Election of Tim Sentman as President of SGSA since Nick Roberts stepped down
Passes Unanimously
- Election of Brett Goldstein as VP to replace Tim Sentman
Passes unanimously
- Budget Overview 851 for year
- 200 set aside to fund Conference Expenses
- Discussion of developing a system to measure which applicants will be most deserving of funds-Debate but no decision
- Failure to Pass $25 for theory@buffalo
- Pass 50 for AMS GSA Storyteller’s
- Discussion of scheduling late night, 5-7pm, computer lab attendants
No decision reached/No schedule made-tabled for next meeting
- Cindy Liu and Nick Roberts appointed as Alternate Senators
- Discussion of how to spend excess money raised for Dominique Thompson’s funeral- Money will be sent to basketball team she coached
- Dissemination of GSA’s new one ticket per event policy and penalties
