SGSA meeting, 3/24/08

Meeting called to order, 12:32.

The remaining budget is approx. $513.22.

No old business.

New business:

1. We have unanimously voted to encumber up to $100 for lunch in the sociology department.  The event will be held on April 9 at 12:30 in the lounge.
2. The next elections for SGSA will take place in September.  ATTENTION: it would be helpful for the next e-board to have the elections at the end of this semester, as the e-board could then work on SGSA plans over the summer.  Please considered running for a position on SGSA.
3. We have unanimously voted to encumber up to $200 for business cards. Up to 20 graduate students can be reimbursed ($10 toward business cards).  Look for more information in a separate email.
4. The post-graduation celebration will take place on May 10 at Allen Street Hardware (evening).  All present voted unanimously to encumber the remainder of the funds at that time toward the event.
