1. Constitution--Changes to article VI Committee and faculty Meeting representative
Inserted dept Bi-Laws into constitution
        Motion to remove quorum of people and replace to majority present at meeting
               -Passes unanimous
        Ratify Constitution-Passes unanimous
       
2. Reminder of TGI FRIDAYS TRIP for SGSA MEMBERS
150-end of semester

3. -Summary of funds-
50 was spent on pizza 1st meeting

-150 end of semester party

-Conference we will spend 200

We have 300 left for rest of year

New Business
 

1. -Lab Hours Next semester- Will not be up until first 3 weeks of school

Tim will coordinate hours for volunteers

1. -Professor Grandfield will help fund-Local Person who is a graduate of UB Cheryl Algers willing to give teaching workshops Details and cost  will be solidified later If Happens She will host on Monday afternoon in Feb-more details forthcoming

1. President of the GSA-Controversy over misuse of GSA funds.
