Biopolymer
Core
The Biopolymer Facility is a biomolecular
core laboratory. The staff provides advice and technical assistance
to Institute staff in DNA sequencing, quantitative (“real-time”)
PCR analysis, the design and synthesis of oligonucleotides and
peptides, the isolation, purification and characterization of
proteins and peptides, and mass spectrometry.
Sevices includes: DNA Sequencing; DNA Synthesis; Peptide Synthesis;
Chromatography; "Real-time" PCR; and Mass Spectrometry.
