Educational Activites - Scholarly Exchange Day
GME Scholarly Exchange Day is an annual research poster session for residents and fellows that occurs in late spring. This interactive, interdisciplinary day showcases Buffalo research and provides residents with experience in poster presentation. A major component of the day is the structured feedback residents receive on their work from Buffalo research faculty. Another highlight is the annual keynote address by a senior faculty member on "Research Lessons Learned: Sustaining the Momentum", where career advice and personal stories are passed along to the next generation of medical researchers. The online application for poster submission is available on the GME website in late fall, along with helpful information on resources for poster preparation. Awards are presented to the top posters.
