Awards/Honors
Thomas F. Frawley, M.D., Residency Research Fellowship
The Thomas F. Frawley, M.D., Residency Research Fellowship Fund was established to support "worthy medical/surgical residents for whom medical research represents a primary personal interest and passion". The award is intended to facilitate a resident's ability to pursue his or her research upon completion of residency by providing financial support to offset personal expenses or research costs. While it is preferred to award the fellowship to deserving individuals after completion of the residency, individuals with distinguished credentials and research interests who have completed a minimum of two years of residency are eligible. Request for proposals are announced in January of each year.
