You can use UBlearns to send email to course participants. You will not receive email within UBlearns; you must use an email program to read email sent from UBlearns.
Send email
In the Tools Panel select Communication, then select Send Email.
Set up email
You need to set up your UB email account before you use email for the first time. Blackboard on UBlearns will only send email to your UB email account.
Forward email
If you want to receive your UB email through another email service, you must forward your email.
Note: Instructors have the option to disable email features.
