Setting Guest Access
Guest access provides individuals not enrolled in your course to see certain areas of your course. You select the areas you wish them to see. Some Communication areas (Discussion Boards, chat, groups, email), tests, and surveys cannot be made available to guests.
Setting guest access is a three-step process
- Select Control Panel > Settings > Guest Access and choose Yes or No for guest access.
- Select Control Panel > Manage Course Menu. Content areas will be listed. Select Modify for each area to allow guest access. (UBlearns ignores the observer settings.)
- Select Control Panel > Manage Tools > Tool Availability and choose the areas to allow Guest Access.
