End of Semester Procedures
By default, student enrollments in UBlearns course sites are disabled the first business day after grades are due. Instructors will continue to have access to course content only, not to student submissions or grades. This applies to courses enabled through UBlearns Course Setup and not to administrative-based courses.
Students with an incomplete
If you have students with an incomplete (final grade) and would like them to continue to access the course, please see: Student Access to Past Semester UBlearns Courses.
Note: It is the responsibility of the instructor to remove students from the course upon completion of course requirements.
Backing up your UBlearns course
Instructors are responsible for backing up their UBlearns courses. Courses will be removed from UBlearns 12 months after the end of the semester for which the course was active. See the UBlearns Data Management Policy for more information.
