Course Statistics

Tracking is available at the course level for a variety of student interactions and at the individual document level to monitor student interactions with UBlearns. Course statistics are available for 45 days. Data older than 45 days are purged and stored in a separate data table of Blackboard. Instructors are encouraged to export course data monthly.

1. Tracking student interactions at the course level is automatic. To access your course statistics go to the Control Panel and select Course Statistics or Performance Dashboard.
2. To take advantage of tracking individual document statistics you need to enable tracking for each document when you create it. Do this by selecting yes for the Track number of views option. Statistics for individual documents can then be found by navigating through the Control Panel to the document and select Manage > Statistics Tracking > View Statistics.
