Scheduled Removal Date
Past Semester Course Sites now have a scheduled removal date. This date is displayed for each UBlearns course site on UBlearns Course Setup.
Data Management Policy
UBlearns administration instituted a Data Management Policy that is consistent with the Undergraduate Incomplete Policy. In accordance with the University’s Undergraduate Incomplete Policy, courses will remain available to instructors on the UBlearns server for a maximum period of 15 months after the conclusion of the semester.
Export an archive of your course
To export an archive of a course before its scheduled removal date, use the Export utility available via the control panel.
