UBlearns Roster is Different from MyUB Class List
Student Roster Options refer to your class list in UBlearns. Instructors may select the level of detail preferred with regard to student enrollments.
Default roster settings for UBlearns and MyUB
By default, UBlearns does not display information for students who resign or withdraw from a course. The default setting in MyUB, however, includes both students who withdraw and who resign from a course in their class list display.
To modify the default roster settings of UBlearns
- Go to the UBlearns Course Setup and login
- Select the appropriate semester
- Select the Edit Course link next to the course you would like to view withdrawals or resigns
- Under Student roster options check include withdrawals and/or include resigns
- Save
Note: Updates made through the UBlearns Course Setup will take effect after 7:30 am the following morning.
