Enrollment Date

The day student registrations are automatically added to UBlearns. The enrollment date may be set to 7 or 14 days prior to the official start date. In accordance with the university's Undergraduate Incomplete Policy, courses will remain available to instructors on the UBlearns server for a maximum period of 15 months after the conclusion of the semester. Course sites reaching the 15-month threshold will be automatically removed from the system based upon the time-table in the Data Management Policy.

  • Enabled: A course that is available on UBlearns.
  • Disabled: A course that is not available on UBlearns.

Update Enrollment
