Enrollment Date
By default, registered students will be added to an enabled UBlearns course site on the official start date of record as it displays on the Student Response Center Official Class Schedule.
Modify UBlearns enrollment date
You may choose to set the enrollment date to 7 or 14 days prior to the official start date. Choosing either option means that student registrations (including buffalo.edu email addresses) are automatically added to UBlearns on the date you specify, and students may access the course site. Selecting either of these earlier enrollment date options does not mean that students will be aware of your choice, however. Therefore, it is recommended that students be notified by sending an email to all students from the recently enabled course site.
To modify the UBlearns enrollment date:
- Go to the UBlearns Course Setup and login
- Select appropriate semester
- Select the Edit Course link next to the course you would like to modify
- Select your preference under Enrollment date
- Save
Note: Updates made through the UBlearns Course Setup will take effect after 7:30 am the following morning.
