- Help: At any time, help is available
in many forms and is, literally, a click away. Use the glossary to look
up a definition of terms used in UBlearns Course
Setup, search the Course Setup section of the UBlearns Help
website, or contact UBlearns if you require assistance.
- Course Listings by Semester: This is
where you can enable your UBlearns course for the upcoming semester.
The upcoming semester will always be listed here first, followed by links
to previous semester course sites.
- Advanced Course Setup Options: While UBlearns Course Setup has automated several items for instructors, there are some requests that need to be submitted to UBlearns administrators:
- Course combination request: You and another instructor
wish to combine your enrollments to have one course site in UBlearns.
Use the Course
Combination Form for this purpose. However, please note that course
combination requests can only be accommodated until the start date
of the semester.
- Administrative course site requests: These are UBlearns sites
that are not affiliated with classes offered by registration number.
UB faculty or staff may request Administrative sites for UB-affiliated
research, communication, collaboration or course content development
purposes at any time. Use the Administrative
Course Request form.
- Logoff: To exit UBlearns Course Setup, select the logoff option at the bottom of the screen. To complete the logout process and protect your records, remember to close all browser windows.
