Making a Course Unavailable
It is possible to make your entire course, or parts of your course, unavailable.
- If a course is made unavailable, enrolled students will not be able to access the course.
- Enrolled Instructors, Course Builders, Teaching Assistants and Graders will still be able to access the course.
Making the whole course unavailable
- Go to Control Panel > Settings.
- Select Course Availability.
- Select No.
- Select Control Panel > Manage Course Menu (under Course Options).
- Select the Modify button next to the item you want to make unavailable.
- Uncheck the Available for Student/Participant users checkbox. Under Communication and Tools, you will also have the option to make individual items unavailable by using a radio button.
