You should consult us prior to booking a room. We can recommend rooms for you to request based on your needs. Contact Conference and Special Event Scheduling at 645-6843. For small conferences and meetings, please contact us at least one week in advance. Large conferences or techology intensive events require at least three weeks notice. We will provide consultation and assistance in planning the audio visual and computer support for your conference or special event. Questions should be directed to:
