As of April 12 2011, Apple has changed the access method to manage and upload public content on UB on iTunes U. The UB on iTunes U public site has a new interface and procedure for managing content. The new UB on iTunes U Public Site Manager interface adds new features and changes to content organization. An Apple ID is required to access public site content.
iTunes Public Site Manager requires Safari version 4.0.3 or later for Mac or Windows.

No changes have been made to UB restricted content in iTunes U.
