Rental Guide
Fax-a-Res form must be printed, filled out manually and faxed (along with
PO, if applicable) to Budget at (716) 632-2796
- The University has contracted with Budget Car and Truck Rental of Buffalo to provide rental vehicles for business use by University faculty and staff. These rentals can be rented directly from Budget using a variety of payment methods as listed below and on the Fax-a-Res form.
- Vehicles can be picked up at any of Budget's several locations around the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area. Vehicles must be picked up and returned at the same location.
- Rental prices do not include fuel. Vehicles will be
provided with a full tank of
fuel and must be returned full. - Drivers must be 21 years of age.
- Drivers must present their valid Faculty/Staff UB card and their valid drivers license when picking up the vehicle.
- Rental prices include complete loss damage waiver,
subject to regulations stated
on the rental contract. - Rentals using this program must be for University business.

- Rates on this web site are effect through July 31, 2007.
Rental charges can be paid by a variety of methods and/or funding sources:
- State Account
- Speed Order (Fax a copy along with Fax-a-Res form).
- Conventional Purchase Order (Fax a copy along with Fax-a-Res form).
- Research Account
- Purchase Order (Fax a copy along with Fax-a-Res form).
- UBF/FSA
- Direct bill to department (Provide all information on Fax-a-Res form).
- Personal or Corporate Credit Card*
- Provide all information on Fax-a-Res form.
- Name on credit card must be same as driver of vehicle.
*Note that the State AMEX procurement card cannot be used for vehicle rentals.
