Jordan Fried grew up right here in the town of Amherst before being admitted to both UB’s Economics and Political Science programs in 2007. With a natural talent for business, Jordan established himself early as an entrepreneur, founding “Campus National Storage” in 2008. Under his leadership, the company has grown to serve over 50 colleges and universities in the Northeast. Jordan became involved on campus early on, winning the office of Hall Council President of Spaulding his freshman year. While holding this office, Jordon sought to make a difference in the Student Association and was soon elected to the SA Senate as well. Jordan’s skill in business and economics made him an obvious choice for the Senate Finance Committee, where he was quickly appointed. As a SA Senator, Jordan has been working closely with clubs and their presidents in order to consult them on their budget issues and help review budget proposals. After serving the Senate for a year, Jordan was successfully re-elected to his Senator position as well as being re-appointed to the Finance Committee this fall. Outside of his work and Senate meetings, Jordan enjoys playing tennis with his friends whenever he gets the opportunity. In his free time, aside from to pretending to know was he is doing in the kitchen as a novice chef, Jordan enjoys zealously rooting for the Buffalo Bills. He is currently the tresurer of SA. His proficiency in business and finance combined with his experience in the Senate and Residence Halls makes him an excellent office bearer. We are truly excited about the level of expertise that he adds to our Student's Association. Email Jordan |
