Driving Directions
UBCon is held on the University at Buffalo's North Campus in Buffalo, NY. For directions on how to get to UB, you can visit the UB Visitor's Guide.
From Rochester:
Take I-490 southwest to I-90 west. Take I-90 (portions are toll road) to I-290 west. Proceed west on the I-290 (Youngmann Expressway) until exit 5B, Millersport Highway north. When you exit onto Millersport Highway, proceed through one traffic light (Flint Road intersection), past the Maple Road exit, and continue to either of the next two exits, the Flint Entrance or Coventry Entrance to UB's North Campus.
From Toronto:
Take the QEW (Queen Elizabeth Way) southwest out of Toronto toward Hamilton. Continue on the QEW past St. Catharines. Follow Highway 405 to the Queenston-Lewiston Bridge and continue east over the bridge (toll) into New York state. Once in New York, you are on the I-190. Stay on the I-190, through Grand Island, until you get to the I-290. Take the I-290 exit east. Exit onto the 990, which is just after the Niagara Falls Boulevard exit. Once on the 990, keep right and take Exit 1, the UB exit.
From Pittsburgh:
Take I-579 northwest to I-279. Go northwest on I-279 to I-79 North. Continue on I-79 North to I-90. Go northeast on I-90 to New York and continue on I-90 (portions are toll road) to I-290 west. Proceed west on the I-290 (Youngmann Expressway) until exit 5B, Millersport Highway north. When you exit onto Millersport Highway, proceed through one traffic light (Flint Road intersection), past the Maple Road exit, and continue to either of the next two exits, the Flint Entrance or Coventry Entrance to UB's North Campus.

Getting Around Campus
UBCon is held in the Student Union, Baldy, and Clemens halls. Maps of campus are available for download from UB's website. Parking is available in a number of lots.
When coming off the 990, proceed straight until the first stop light and make a left into campus. From there, turn right at the first stop sign (the intersection of Rensch Rd. and Hadley Rd.) and follow Hadley Rd until it comes to a T with White Rd. Turn right onto White Road and proceed straight past the next intersection. You will find parking in the Furnas and Jarvis lots. The Student Union is located directly across from the Furnas lot.

UB's North Campus includes a Starbucks, Subway, Burger King, Subarro's Pizza, Dairy Queen, Orange Julius, along with Korean, Chinese, and deli restaurants.
There are a number of restaurants within 15 minutes driving distance of North Campus. Along Maple Road you will find Fuddruckers, Friendly's, T.G.I. Friday's, Uno's Pizzeria, Boston Market, Taco Bell, Subway, I.H.O.P., Denny's, Red Robin, Smokey Bones, Red Lobster, Olive Garden, and more. Further out, dining locations along Niagara Falls Boulevard include Outback, Montana's, Swiss Chalet, Bob Evans, and Applebee's.
