Mount Mitchell/Dupont This was a trip to Ashville, NC. It consisted of three day-hikes, to Mount Mitchell State Park, and Dupont State Park. We hiked on the Deep Gap Trail in Mount Mitchell Park from Mount Mitchell summit to the beginning of deep gap.
