Hello everyone,
So... here are the minutes from today's meeting.
have fun reading them (oh yeah!)...
COSG: Peter is leaving and COSG needs a new person
to run it. Beryl (that's me!) and Phil (my fellow
lesbian) have volunteered to take it over and revise
it for next semester. Veronica L. from the counseling
center is interested in helping with it. So we're
gonna get on that! "Coming out is a process you
guys!" -Phil
PEARLS: People seem to still have an interest in
Pearls, so we need to get going. Please sign up on the
sheet on the filing cabinet EVEN IF YOU ALREADY SIGNED
UP!!! We're making a brand new list!
MAN SEX: Mark needs your feedback for what YOU are
interested in talking about. If you don't tell him,
he'll end up picking! So email him or personally tell
him your ideas.
There won't be anymore planning meetings for Man Sex
unless you guys want them. So talk to Mark!!
We are in the process of renewing our sad sad library.
Give suggestions of books you want in there to Amy B!
She went and priced books and made a list which she
will post to the listserv.
Mark wants to move the listserve to egroups. It'll be
more convenient and easier for everyone involved. He's
workin' on it!
The office has been REALLY MESSY lately. So PLEASE
throw out your shit, put books/mags away when you're
done.
*****We will buy a whip and use it on anyone who
doesn't clean up after themselves!*****
Know any straight people? Bring them up to the LGBA
and make them our friends! We need more straight
allies!!!!
Dr. Carnevale (from Michael Hall) wants to be our
faculty advisor. Sounds good!
We want to be more involved with other people and
groups (i.e. grad students, Buffalo United Artists,
other LGBAa, etc)
Melissa C. is officially Beryl's bitch!!
Thanks for reading all the babble, kudos to you if you
made it all the way through! Please keep the dialog
about the club (event ideas, etc) going through the
break. We want to do lots next semester!!!
