Meeting MinutesOctober 26, 2004 Meeting Start Time: 7:02pm 7:02Attendance was passed around. 7:03Unicef - The box of Unicef is on the table. Please fill the box with loose change. - Once the box is full, it can be turned in to SISH coordinator to receive one community service point. - The box must be turned in November 11th 7:05Halloween Office Decoration - The theme this year will be Egyptian tomb. - If we win we will receive a trophy, a pizza party, and $200 as fundraising. - The decorating must be done by Thursday. If you are free please come and help. 7:08Movie Night - Tonight’s movie night will be cancelled for decorating the office for the Halloween competition. 7:09Thanksgiving Potluck - The potluck will be held in Flint community lounge on November 20th at 5:30pm - The club will provide the turkey, and people who want to attend show bring side dishes, and everything else to the dinner. - Please sign your name and what you are bringing on the sign-up sheet. 7:12SISH Council - The SISH council is holding a food and clothing drive. - If we can get 10 lbs of food we can receive one point of community service, and if we can get 20 lbs of clothing we can also receive one point of community service. 7:15Cobalt - The club is located 2 blocks past Spot on Delaware. - Please come and support the club. 7:17Open Floor - Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, they need people to canvas on Saturday to Tuesday.
