Friday, 9/28, is a meeting with Michelle about National Coming Out Day.

Saturday, 9/29, is Drag On at the Hamlin House.

Voting for secretary will take place at next week's meeting, 10/3. The nominees are Josh, Matt, and TJ.

SIRENS, the lesbian sex discussion group, begins Thursday, 9/27. Meetings will be held each Thursday from 7-9 pm in the office.

MANSEX, pretty self-explanatory, begins Friday, 10/5. Meetings will be held each Friday from 7-9 pm in the office.

COSG, coming out support group, will have its first meeting on Wednesday, 10/3, at 7:30 pm in the office.

Take Back the Night will be held on 10/25 in Delaware Park from 7-9 pm. See the Women's Center for more information.

Planned Parenthood is having a presentation on 10/11 at 6:30 pm in 145E Student Union. Women's Center also has more information on this.

Fundraising Ideas: buying items such as buttons and pencils in bulk to sell for profit; seeking donations and then sending a newsletter to those who contribute telling what the club is doing and announcing community events, also sell ads in the newsletter; a dance possibly for Freedom to Marry Day, February 12, or near prom season, maybe to be held at Marcella's on a Monday or Tuesday, when it is closed, involving other colleges, high schools, GLYS, etc.

Suggestions for the club: have Outcome delivered to the office, hold open mic nights or coffee houses, volunteer at soup kitchen or ACS, update the website, and take out ads in Spectrum or other campus publications

If the office is closed, go to the SA office to sign out a card key. If you are the last one to leave the office, make sure you close the windows and door and shut off the lights.
