Meeting Minutes March 25, 2004Meeting Start Time: 7:18pm 7:18 Attendance and minutes were passed around Masquerade - Next meeting is cancelled due to Masquerade. - It will start at 7 pm in Harriman Hall on South Campus. - Tickets are available in sub-board ticket office and at the door. - There will be a best mask/costume competition. Prizes are $75, $50, and $25 for first, second, and third places. Masks are available to by Friday afternoon in the office if anyone wants to pick them up to decorate. - Half of the proceeds go to Aids and Community Services. - If anyone is interested in helping to decorate, please contact Shan.7:21 OutLaw Banquet - The Club bought 10 tickets to the banquet in supporting of this event. - It’s held on Wednesday March 31 in the Hyatt’s down town. Please sign-up if you want to attend. 7:23 Patricia Cronin Art Opening - It’s held Friday 26th. 6 pm is speaker, and 7pm is the art opening. - On the 27th, the artist will be giving us a tour of the Wool Lawn cemetery. - We will be leaving the office at 10:30am, and be there at 11:00am. Please come and support the event.7:26 April 3rd - Will be Senior Ball and we are co-sponsoring with CAC and the National Honor Society. April 2nd - Speakers for the Out Loud and Proud series will be here at 7pm in Woldman Theater in 112 Norton. - The first gay couple to be married in Canada.7:29 April 16th - Poetry corner will be held in Perks in Ellicott at 7pm. April 15th - RHA Drag show on South campus at 7pm in Goodyear X - Some of the performers are V, Fanta-see Island. All nominees must be a voting member. - Unfortunately Masquerade does not count as a meeting attendance. - There will be a 15-minute nomination meeting, before showing of movie of the week. During that time nominees can prepare speeches for the election meeting held after the movie. 7:40 Queer Eye - Kenney is the coordinator for this event. For any information please contact him. - There will be a panel of Fab 7, and will begin next week.7:42 Day of Silence - Wednesday 21st - T-shirts are being ordered.
