Here are the minutes for the exciting meeting we had
today. Just for the record, we are having regular
meetings (mondays @ noon) if anyone felt inclined to
come :)
We're having a teach in for Day of Silence on Thurs.
March 22 in the evening, probably around 6 or 7. We're
working w/ Buffalo Pride, Empire State Pride, and
Buffalo Belles to get speakers. We need to involve as
many groups as possible. There will be posters and
quarter sheet flyers to pass around soon, so spread
the word!
Anyone interested in participating in Day of Silence
email Amy so she can get a count of how many t-shirts
and cards we need.
We're going to make an ammendment to the consitution
to add the T for transgender to our name. We'll be
voting on it next meeting.
COMMUNITY SERVICE: we have a booth at the children's
fair this sat. contact Lorenzo to help. Our budget
depends on community service!!!
other comm. serv. ideas: working at a soup
kitchen, habitat for humanities, AIDS walk.
