This was 2006, and I’m writing in 2009, details are hazy. br />
Saturday:
Game 1: Vs. Cornell
Talking with Feetch, the team had the attitude that we were going to lose this game. We were going to use it as a warm up game. Cornell got up early, and then points seem to trade till the end.

Game 2: Vs. Colgate
Legend, wait for it, dary. Buffalo went down early in this game thanks to a couple of callahans thrown by our captain Ace. The game was soft capped at 10 around the time when Colgate lead 10-6. Buffalo rallies to score 4 straight to set up one of the best finishes in team history. Universe point, the pull goes down and colgate seems to be struggling to get the disc out of the end zone. A dump throw goes off, Ace ends up on the ground with the disc, in the end zone. Redemption, the team rushes the field around Ace as Buffalo gets the all-important win to stay alive for Regionals.

Game 3: Vs. Geneseo
An easy win for Buffalo 11-7, Twitchell was making fun of Ace for not being to deliver a flick huck, but Ace delivers midway through the game.

Game 4. Vs. Union
At this point in time Union wasn’t strong at all, and this was the game I, BJ, was allowed to play in as a rookie. I do remember throwing a crappy pass in the wind to Dasky. I was done for the tournament after this game. Buffalo wins 12-7.

Sunday:
Game 1: Vs. Albany
Albany was a very good team at this point, having Lucas, Squeege, Smash, Ryan West, and other experienced players. Albany controlled the game with a zone and capitalized on Buffalo’s errors. The style of D that Albany played was a zone with one man always shadowing Feetch. Feetch would try and take it deep to have two men guarding him, but it was to no avail as Albany took the game 15-9.

Game 2: Vs. RPI
Throughout the season, the entire team thought if it came down to facing RPI in sectionals we would be able to handle them no problem. Unfortunately, after being beaten in the Albany game, Buffalo didn’t have enough to advance in the tournament. RPI prevailed 10-8 after they took advantage of Buffalo’s mistakes. At this point we were ousted from the 5th place bracket, and eliminated from Regionals contention. At this point we would have had a consolation game with Geneseo, but the team decided to head home.
