Ben McPherson, more commonly known as Smiles due to the way he flashes his pearly whites, is a second year ultimate player for the Green Eggs and Ham squad and an aspiring RA. Unfortunately for him, I'm aspiring to see his application get tossed to the shredder so I am willing to give the University of Buffalo Residence Halls some reasons why they should select him.

Too many times you see freshman college students spending their nights binge drinking, ending in alcohol poisoning and a long night by the toilet. However, if you're lucky enough to have Smiles as your RA those lonely nights praying to the porcelain gods and hurling your guts out will actually become invaluable bonding time with your resident advisor, as he will be doing the same in the stall over. I was blessed enough to have an unconscious Smiles spending many a nights passed out in my own bathroom, I only wish I could be there to see it nightly.

Doing laundry by yourself can be a huge hardship for some incoming freshman, but not when Smiles is your RA! Lets just say he knows how difficult it is to get jizz out of under armor. And when it comes to cleaning, Smiles showed after his spreak break which saw him get evicted that he knows how to work a mop.

And what can I say for the lucky ladies that get Smiles as their RA. Not only is the kid adorable and has a legit movie star hairdo, he has a way with words. I personally saw one girls knees buckle as Smiles drunkenly yelled, "You're really small, but you're still kinda cute." Fathers, your pure daughters could not be slain by a more handsome gentleman, so be proud.
