It is an annual initiative for the UB Community to continue building pride and tradition while participating in a philanthropy event to raise money for local and global charities. Each year, the money raised from Stay-Up UB through individual, group and team fundraising as well as department and corporate sponsors will benefit a select charitable organization. This past year, all money raised and pajama donations received were given to the Buffalo chapter of the Pajama Program. The Pajama Program is a non-profit organization that provides new, warm pajamas and books to children in need.

In addition to a huge dance floor with a DJ, video screen and live performances, there are themed dance hours, UB group performances, free food & drinks, free giveaways, contests, and many activities to keep students entertained for the whole evening. Students are encouraged to register as teams, dance the night away, have fun and enjoy the activities all night long!

All students, faculty and staff are encouraged to participate in this event!

The Yalem Run is one of UB's most enduring traditions and is an official qualifying race for Buffalo News Runner of the Year series. But the race is open to casual runners and walkers too.

Details: To help Haiti Relief efforts, AASU has teamed up with Circle K to create the Haiti Earthquake Relief Fund dinner.

For just $7, you can be part of the effort too! We will be providing an all homemade 3 course dinner for all of our attendees (that's right, I said 3 course, including appetizers and desserts.) Not only do you get to feel good about helping the Haitian people in their time of need, but you also get to eat a delicious meal!

Stay Up UB is an annual initiative for the UB Community to continue building pride and tradition while participating in a philanthropy event to raise money for local and global charities. Each year, the money raised from Stay-Up UB through individual, group and team fundraising as well as department and corporate sponsors will benefit a select charitable organization.

This year, all money raised and pajama donations received will be going to the Buffalo chapter of the Pajama Program. The Pajama Program is a non-profit organization that provides new, warm pajamas and books to children in need. (http://www.pajamaprogram.org/index.html)

In addition to a huge dance floor with a DJ, video screen and live performances, there are themed dance hours, UB group performances, free food & drinks, free giveaways, contests, and many activities to keep students entertained for the whole evening. Students are encouraged to register as teams, dance the night away, have fun and enjoy the activities all night long!

All students, faculty and staff are encouraged to participate in this event!

On another note, instead of the Botanical Gardens and/or Second City Comedy Show, if any of you would like to go to Medieval Times, the total cost of the trip would be around $20.00. Medieval times would include dinner.
