Goals:
1. To determine the rate of ice sheet during the early Holocene, a period that was warmer than today
2. To improve existing age control on the prominent and traceable moraines that pass through this area near Ilulissat
3. To determi ne when the ice sheet retreated behind its Little Ice Age margin
