Although JWA has been brought back as an Occasional Publications series, the Anthropological Review Database (ARD) will remain active, and provide anthropologists access to anthropological literature, make them more aware of what is being published, and help them to evaluate its relevance to their own interests.


The Journal of World Anthroplogy is an electronic journal dedicated to scholarship in all fields of anthropology, and publishes articles on academic research, matters of theory and methodology, and the education of the public, as well as book, software and film reviews.
