Hi everyone!  I am currently a senior here at UB.  I am planning to graduate in May with a BA in psychology.  I am also a non-traditional student and this is my first time in college.  Attending school and being an "older" student has been a wonderful and rewarding experience, but it has also been one of the most challenging in my life!! 

       This is my first time working in Dr. Smith's lab, but I was a research assistant in Dr. Barbara Church's lab and I also worked on a research project with Dr.Barbara Bunker.  I am planning to continue my education and attend graduate school beginning in the fall of 2003, hopefully in a warm climate!  My interest is in industrial/organizational psychology and my goal is a Ph.D. in that field.

        I am a mother to three awesome children!!  My son Michael graduated lastMay from the Univ. of Miami (Florida) with a BA in criminology.  He is currently working in law enforcement.  My son Joe is a senior at Embry Riddle Aeronautical Univ., Daytona Beach, Florida.  He will be graduating in April with a degree in commercial aviation, he is an (excellent!!) pilot and has been flying since the age of 14.  My daughter Katie is a sophomore majoring in International Business at Auburn Univ., Auburn, Alabama. Oh, I can't forget my dog, she is a Dalmation named Emma!
