As Assistant Recreation Director at UB and the Director of Outdoor Pursuits, Russ Crispell earned his Master's of Arts in Liberal Studies from SUNY College at Brockport with a focus on the use of Wilderness as a Functional Tool for Teambuilding and Group Dynamics. He has established himself as an expert in the area of teambuilding and group dynamics.  Below is a partial list of groups that Crispell has consulted for:
